Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Data Segmentation & Analysis
Develop and refine data segmentation models using customer behavior, demographics, and product usage data.
Conduct in-depth analysis to identify segment-specific trends and provide actionable recommendations to enhance product and business strategies. - Data Visualization & Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards to track deposit-related metrics such as balances, attrition, and churn by customer segment.
Analyze datasets after data extraction, identify trends and patterns, and highlight issues or anomalies to guide decision-making. - Business Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with product, marketing, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver data-backed insights.
Participate in campaign strategy and execution based on segmentation insights.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
- 6–8 years of U.S.-based experience, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
