Guinness Nigeria Plc marked this year’s International Women’s Day with a high-profile panel session focused on mentorship, inclusion, and collective empowerment as drivers of sustainable value creation. The event, held at the company’s Lagos headquarters, brought together corporate leaders, development experts, and employees to discuss strategies for strengthening leadership opportunities for women and building more inclusive workplaces. 

Give to Gain: Lifting Women for Value Creation 

The session, themed “Give to Gain: How We Create Value by Lifting Women,” celebrated women within the organization while emphasizing the need for institutions to intentionally create inclusive systems. The goal is to ensure opportunities are shared, leadership pathways expanded, and women are supported to thrive at all levels.
