Fidelity Bank launches HerFidelity Apprenticeship Programme 2.0 to support women entrepreneurs 

Fidelity Bank Plc has launched the second edition of its women-empowerment initiative, the HerFidelity Apprenticeship Programme (HAP) 2.0, to help women gain practical skills and build sustainable businesses across Nigeria. 

The programme builds on the first edition held in 2023 and has been redesigned to deliver stronger mentorship, better training partnerships and clearer pathways into entrepreneurship. 

Skills you will learn during the programme 

Participants will receive hands-on apprenticeship training in selected trades, including: 

hair styling 

shoemaking 

auto mechatronics 

interior decoration 

The training will be delivered by recognised institutions and industry professionals, with strong focus on real-world practice. 

What makes HAP 2.0 different 

Speaking at a media session, the Divisional Head of Product Development, Osita Ede, explained that the new edition has been improved based on feedback from the first programme.
