Stanbic IBTC Holdings has successfully graduated the fourth cohort of its Digital Skills Empowerment Programme (DiSEP) and inducted the fifth cohort. This flagship initiative equips young Nigerians with digital and employability skills, helping them transition from academic training to modern workplace demands.
Opportunities for Nigerian Youths
The DiSEP 5.0 cohort, running until March 2026, focuses on inclusivity by encouraging participation from women and youths from Northern Nigeria. Participants gain advanced skills in high-demand areas such as:

- Java
These competencies open doors to careers in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, quality assurance, and application development within Stanbic IBTC and other technology and financial services sectors.
