Young Nigerian graduates with HND qualifications can apply for the Greenpeg Technical Trainee Programme 2.0, an opportunity designed to provide practical engineering and technical sales experience.
Greenpeg says the programme provides training, mentorship and exposure to live projects across the oil and gas, food and beverage, and FMCG sectors. The programme currently has seven openings across engineering and technical sales.

- Graduate External Sales Engineer
Eligibility and Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold an HND from a recognized institution.
- Have completed NYSC or possess a valid exemption certificate.
- Have 0–2 years of experience.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Have strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Be willing to learn, take directions and work collaboratively.
Engineering applicants need an HND in a relevant engineering discipline. Familiarity with AutoCAD or other relevant engineering software is an advantage. Applicants for sales roles may have an HND in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.

The company says trainees will receive guided mentorship, practical exposure to live industrial projects, and training with industry tools and standards.
Location
Lagos, Nigeria — full-time onsite, with some roles requiring willingness to work at project sites, including offshore locations where necessary.
