Captain Cook Limited is recruiting for a Production/Catering Graduate Trainee position across selected locations in southern Nigeria.

Eligibility and Requirements
Applicants should:
- Have a BSc or HND in Home Economics, Hospitality Management, Catering, Hotel Management or a related discipline.
- Have 0–2 years of experience in a kitchen or food-service environment.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have good culinary, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
Trainees will assist with food production, shift management, customer experience, food hygiene, receiving deliveries, inventory management, and stock rotation.
The advertised salary is ₦80,000 monthly.
