Chevening Scholarship 2027–28
The Chevening Scholarship 2027–28 is now open to eligible Nigerians seeking to pursue a one-year master’s degree in the UK. Funded by the UK Government and partner organisations, the scholarship provides financial support for successful scholars, including tuition, living expenses and travel costs.
What Does Chevening Cover?
Successful scholars can receive:

- Return airfare to the UK
- Applicable travel and arrival/departure allowances

How Nigerians Can Apply

2. Create an account: Register on the Chevening application platform and save your application access details.
3. Prepare your information: Provide your education, work experience and other required personal details.
4. Choose your courses: Select three eligible UK master’s courses that align with your academic and career plans.
5. Prepare your essays: Answer the required questions on leadership, networking, course choices and career plans with clear examples from your experience.
6. Provide referees: Submit details of the required referees.
7. Submit before the deadline: Applications for the 2027–28 cycle close on October 6, 2026, at 11:00 UTC.
