My Tasty Naija Food Festival 2026 Expands to Manchester, Bringing Nigerian Cuisine and Culture to More Audiences 

The highly anticipated My Tasty Naija Food Festival 2026 is set to return to the United Kingdom for its second edition, with organizers expanding the event beyond London to Manchester following the success of its debut edition in 2025. 

The festival continues its mission of celebrating Nigerian food, culture, and community in the Diaspora, while creating opportunities for cultural exchange and business networking. 

Festival Dates and Locations 

This year’s event will take place in two major UK cities: 

  • London Edition: July 5, 2026, at Eutopia Warehouse, London 
  • Manchester Edition: July 11, 2026, at Nigerian House, Manchester 

The expansion reflects the growing popularity of Nigerian cuisine and the increasing demand for authentic African culinary experiences across the United Kingdom. 

What Attendees Can Expect 

Visitors to the My Tasty Naija Food Festival 2026 will enjoy a variety of attractions, including:

Organizers expect approximately 3,000 attendees in London and 1,500 attendees in Manchester, making it one of the largest Nigerian food and cultural gatherings in the UK. 

Promoting Nigerian Culture Globally 

Speaking about the vision behind the festival, the convener, Abass Tijani, popularly known as DJ Abass, explained that the initiative aims to promote Nigerian cuisine and culture while expanding to more cities worldwide. 

“The goal is to take the festival experience to different cities each year and eventually to Nigeria and other parts of the world.”

The festival also complements ongoing efforts to spotlight Nigerian-owned restaurants and food businesses across the United Kingdom.
