    Walk-In Registration: 

    Visit any LASHMA office or partner hospital in your area to register in person.

    Dial *6700# from your mobile phone and follow the prompts. 

Required details include your name, contact information, address, and a recent passport photograph. Payments can be made via bank transfer, online platforms, or at designated payment centers.
